Pavel Korovitsky has been with the company for more than 10 years. A graduate of Kyiv Economics University in 1996, he is responsible for the company’s Equity and Fixed Income Team including all trading operations. Pavel holds Broker and Asset Management licenses from the Ukrainian State Securities and Stock Commission.

Iryna joined the Company on the Sales and Trading Team in September of 2010, focusing on Equity and Fixed Income Sales. Iryna began her career as an Auditor at Ernst & Young Ukraine. She entered Investment Banking as an Analyst in the Equity Capital Group at Concorde Capital. Most recently, Iryna was a Fixed Income Sales specialist at KBC Securities Ukraine where she successfully initiated and developed FI Sales and Trading. She holds a BA in Marketing from the International Christian University in Kyiv. She speaks native Russian and Ukrainian and fluent English.

Dmytro joined Eavex Capital’s Sales and Trading team in September of 2010 as Vice-president. He graduated from Kharkiv State University of Economics with Honors in 2002, specializing in Management and International Affairs. From 1999 until 2003, Dmytro was an Analyst in Credit and Investment Departments of Ukraine’s largest privately-owned bank, Privatbank. From 2003-2005 Dmytro managed his own investment group focusing on the acquisition, restructuring and sale of Ukrainian farms. In 2005, Dmytro joined Ernst & Young Advisory Services as an Analyst, focusing on strategic consulting for financial institutions. In 2008, he worked on the Investment Banking team at Troika Dialog as a Senior Analyst. Most recently, he served as Vice-president of Sales and Trading at KBC Securities on Ukrainian Fixed Income.

Alexander joined the Equity and Fixed Income Sales and Trading Team in September of 2010. He holds a Masters Degree with Honors in International Finance from the Institute of International Relations at the Kyiv National University (Taras Shevchenko). He began his career in Retail Banking at Pravex Bank in 2004, moving into Investment Banking as a Fixed Income Analyst at Concorde Capital in 2006. Within one year, he reached the position of Equity and Fixed Income Strategist, achieving multiple international research awards: #1 Macroeconomic and #2 Equity Strategy Analyst in Ukraine (2008 - Thomson-Reuters Extel) and #19 Pan-European Investment Analyst for EMEA Region (2009 - Thomson-Reuters Extel). Alexander began trading Ukrainian Fixed Income in 2009, most recently as Vice-president of Sales and Trading at KBC Securities Ukraine.

Artem Mateshko joined the company in 2009. He has five years of experience working on Ukraine’s equity and fixed income markets. Prior to joining Eavex, Artem was a fund manager at BNP Paribas UkrSibBank in Kyiv. He received his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Concordia University in Montreal in 2005. Artem speaks native Ukrainian and Russian and fluent English.

Nazar Malinyak joined the company in 2007 as Regional Development Manager, focusing on privatizations and share consolidation. In 2008 he was promoted to Back Office Manager and then to his current position as Manager of Online Trading operations. Nazar graduated from the National University of the State Tax Service of Ukraine with a Masters degree in Finance.
