Yuriy Yakovenko
Founder, Chairman of the Board and CEO
Yuriy Yakovenko founded the company in 1994 as Sincome Capital. As Chairman and CEO of Eavex Capital, Mr. Yakovenko remains the driving force behind the company's ongoing success. Mr. Yakovenko graduated from Sevastopol National Polytechnic University with a degree in Computer Engineering in 1977 and received his Masters from the All Soviet Academy of International Economics and Trade in Moscow, Russia, in 1991. He is a member of the Board of the Ukrainian Exchange (UX) and a member of the Strategic Group for Development of the Capital Markets under the Ukrainian State Securities Commission. He speaks native Ukrainian and Russian and fluent English.
Pavel Korovitsky
Managing Director, Sales and Trading
Pavel Korovitsky has been with the company for more than 10 years. A graduate of Kyiv Economics University in 1996, he is responsible for the company’s Equity and Fixed Income Team including all trading operations. Pavel holds Broker and Asset Management licenses from the Ukrainian State Securities and Stock Commission.
Anatoliy Zaslavchik
Managing Director, Corporate Finance and Investment Banking
Anatoliy Zaslavchik has over 17 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking in the US, EU, CEE and CIS. He has held various leadership and executive posts at Citigroup, JPMorganChase, Grey Matter Capital, AVentures Group and board positions in Hypo Bank, Grey Matter Advisory, Brightwater Towers, AIM Innovations, QModule and others. He has extensive experience helping companies from Russia and Ukraine achieve their financial and strategic goals using various instruments. Anatoliy holds a BA in Applied Psychology and Economics from the City University of New York, and an MS in Accounting and Audit and MBA in Strategic Management from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University in New York. He speaks Russian and English fluently.
Volodymyr Dinul, MBA
Head of Research
Volodymyr Dinul joined Eavex Capital in December 2009 to head the company's research department. He began his professional career at Ernst & Young, where for 6 years he provided consulting services to large Ukrainian corporations. Volodymyr gained solid banking experience while acting as Head of Controlling and Head of Investor Relations at Ukrsotsbank, and then moved on to analyst positions in major investment houses, covering financial stocks at Renaissance Capital. Volodymyr holds an MBA from The College of William and Mary in the United States. He speaks native Ukrainian and Russian and fluent English.
Svetlana Cherepantseva
Manager, Custody Department
Svetlana began her career at Sincome Capital shortly after the company was founded in 1994. In 2005, she was promoted to Head of Depository Operations, and then in 2007 took on her current position as Custody Department Manager. She graduated from the Kyiv Investment Management Institute with a degree in Organizational Management. Svetlana holds a Certificate for Depository Activities from the Ukrainian State Securities and Stock Commission.
